Hi, I am Amy Louise and I am here to guide you home to your inner most authentic self.
The essence with in you that is love.
My journey started at a very young age.
Ever since I can remember I have wanted to help people feel good about themselves. I sensed when people were in pain both physically and emotionally because I could feel sensations in my body that I knew were not mine.
I could hear whispers, see colours around people, and I could even see flashes of a strangers life when walking past them in the street.
Did I know what was going on? No.
Did I tell anyone? Hell no.
Did I believe there was more out there than the 3D world. YES!
While studying Spa and Complimentary Therapies in college my Nanna passed rather suddenly.
This was the start of my first awakening.
The beginning of my conscious connection to spirit.
The deeper trust in something bigger is out there.
My passion for Massage Therapy grew. I could not find the words as to why, I just knew this was my purpose.
To connect people with their bodies, create space for them to receive and heal what they needed in the moment.
Travelling and immersing myself in different countries and working along side Spiritual Mentors, Energy Healers, Chiropractors, Acupuncturists and Osteopaths to name a few, has built the foundation and supported my personal journey allowing me to trust my intuition in the deepest levels.
Discovering pathways through breath work, meditations, body awareness and soul connection has guided me home to love.
The journey has consisted of so many ebs and flows, the most common we experience are the bouts of anxiety from worrying of the future to the depression of reminiscing the stuckness of the past, finding safety and trust with in my self to feel, accept and love each and every aspect that is my human experience.
